Another good tip, is to not go bashing them with your offer straight away. This is simply annoying. There is nothing more irritating than when someone just straight up tries to sell you something! Make friends with them first. This technique is also very useful offline. Get some common ground, find out what their interests are. Offer some good advice, be genuine and honest.
If you want to generate quality leads on demand, it is important to give away something, in other words, lead with value. This way people are going to see you as a leader, someone that cares about them. This point is so crucial, and if you take this seriously, you will be able to generate quality hot leads. Give away a course, a free bundle of templates, anything that would seem like good value to your prospect.
Nobody cares about what you are selling. Create a sense of team spirit when talking to your prospect. People want to be part of a team. Create a vision, inspire passion. Most people want to feel that they are going to be part of something that is special and that is going to cater to their needs. You have to sell yourself and your inspiring idea for you to be able to get leads on demand.
Have a plan, to help your prospect and lay out the basics for them. It can be very reassuring to people when you can lay out a step by step plan to make them generate leads on demand, the way you do. One word, duplication. If your prospect sees that you have a plan that they can directly duplicate, step by step, you are on your way to creating leads on demand.
